Educating the Next Generation
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” – Romans 12:2
Few things are more strategic to the Church’s disciple-making mission than providing a high-quality Christian school where students learn from Christian teachers and mentors. By shaping how students think about God, themselves, and the world around them in their formative years, a Christian school education can play a significant role in developing people who can think biblically about the big ideas of the day.
The Ohio Christian Education Network (OCEN) and Center for Christian Virtue have a vision to help churches plant new Christian schools in every part of our state, leveraging existing facilities to keep startup and operating costs as low as possible. Our mission is to make a great Christian education geographically and financially accessible to every student in the state.
OCEN provides guidance and advice through the entire process, from start to finish, at no cost to your school. Our team has the expertise to help you navigate the legal and bureaucratic landscape, develop school operations, build a faculty, and market it. We want to help you establish a locally run school that is unique to the needs of your community. Simply complete the information form at the bottom of the page for a no-obligation consultation on the process of starting a Christian school.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.”
– Deuteronomy 6:5–7
